How do inquire/book?
1. Call the manager (Number provided on Hospitality>Availability page. We recommend calling themanager directly to expedite the booking process.
2. Click Hospitality>Availability>Fill form on our website. To send an inquiry, find the rental property you are interested in, fill out the inquiry form with your dates of stay, full name, contact information.
How do I submit payment safely?
We recommend paying securely by credit card, preferably online through the v2u Services website, whenever possible.
How do I pay the balance of my trip?
If you've paid a deposit for your trip, you may pay while you arrive at the property.
When will I receive my refund?
Full Refund if cancelled before 4 days - , if cancelled between 4 and 2 days: 50% refund, No refund thereafter.
